The record belongs to the athlete
A passport is the athlete’s record of what they have done. A guardian may hold it on their behalf; a club may issue it; the record remains the athlete’s. The passport number is permanent and encodes nothing about its bearer.
Truth is the deal
Everything filed starts self-reported and is labelled that way on every surface until somebody accountable signs it. Filing numbers you know to be false, signing entries you did not witness, or impersonating a coach or guardian is grounds for the record to be annotated or the account closed. History is append-only: corrections supersede, nothing is silently edited.
Who may hold a record
From 16, an athlete may hold their own record. Under 16, a parent or guardian opens and holds it. Claiming or opening a record confirms you are who the role says you are — the athlete, or their parent or legal guardian.
Sharing
The record is shared by its link, and the link is the whole interface: whoever you hand it to sees the document a coach sees, never an editable surface. Views of the record are counted for the bearer.
What we promise, and what we do not
We keep the record as filed, label verification honestly, and publish nothing beyond what the privacy notice describes. We do not promise recruitment outcomes, rankings, or that any coach will look. The service is provided as-is while it is young; if something breaks, tell us and we will say plainly what happened.
Leaving
You can stop any time. Erasure of a record is described in the privacy notice; the consent ledger survives as evidence, severed from the erased record.
Changes
These terms are versioned, and every consent names the version agreed to. A material change means a new version — nothing you agreed to is rewritten under you.
